Tailing Shrimp

$ 2.95

One of the beautiful things about bonefish is that they commonly feed in very shallow water. When they do they can be extremely spooky to the “kerplunk” a traditional bonefish fly makes when it hits the water.

The tailing shrimp lands softly and sinks at a proper rate to fool even the most skittish bonefish in the shallows. Despite not having any weight on the top of the hooks shank this pattern rides hook point up to avoid snags as well. Make sure you have a few of these simple patterns in your box before heading down to bonefish territory.
